So now, after bulldozing the 30' tall line of trees planted between my and my neighbors house, they've decided they can get away with anything.
Even though the city of Franklin Tennessee 37064 said that the roots to the second row of trees should never be disturbed, Soloman construction decided they would rather place street lights on our property, distroying the tap roots to the 60' foot pine trees, rather than place street lights on the other side of the stolen easement where there are no tree roots to disturb.
They brought in a giant back hoe trencher today and they ripped away a 12 ft deep trench that sits only 8' from my 40 year old sixty foot tall pine tree. They ripped out tap roots that are bigger than my forearm.
Where are the codes officers who are supposed to be upholding these mandates? What am I supposed to do? Go out there and stand on the bulldozer/back hoe?
Where are the authorities who are supposed to be protecting its citizens quality of life?
Maybe they already received their kickbacks and retired to Florida with the rest of the crooks?
